Terms of Purchase for the 20 Green Fees Pack

Availability and Use:

• Promotional codes will be sent by email after purchase.
• The codes can be used up to 20 times during the specified validity period.
• Code validity is limited to the twilight slot from 15.01.2025 to 16.02.2024.

Code Conditions:

• The codes are unique, personal, and non-transferable.
• They can only be redeemed on the Rio Real booking website.

Refunds and Liability:

• Once the green fees pack is purchased, it will not be refundable even if the total amount is not used.
• The Club is not responsible for the inability to use the codes due to reasons beyond the golf club’s control.
• The Club reserves the right to close on certain days of the year without this giving rise to any total or partial refund of the amount paid.
• Unless otherwise provided by law, the amount paid will not be subject to total or partial refund in the event that, for reasons of any kind, foreseeable or not, but in any case beyond the control of RIO REAL GOLF HOTEL SL, the golf services and/or related activities or services cannot be fully or partially provided.
• Improper or incorrect use of the codes on the website www.rioreal.com will not be grounds for a refund or validation of tee times on the golf course.
