2. Use of the On-line Booking and Purchasing Services by the User

The use of these services constitutes a contract between the parties with full and unreserved acceptance by the user of each and every one of the general terms and conditions governing their use. Once the purchase or reservation has been made, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail. Only purchases or bookings confirmed by this e-mail will be binding.

3. Pricing and Availability

The prices and availability of the products published in the
www.rioreal.com are valid unless there is a typographical error. Prices include 21% VAT.

4. Methods of Payment

The following payment methods are available:
Credit/debit card: Payment through Bankinter’s Virtual Point of Sale Terminal in favour of RIO REAL GOLF HOTEL S.L., using the maximum security SSL protocol (128 bits). PayTPV: Payment via PayTPV account, directly without mediation by RIO REAL GOLF HOTEL S.L.

5. Data Protection

RIO REAL GOLF HOTEL S.L. respects the current legislation on data protection and complies with the European GDPR data protection regulations. We adopt technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of personal data provided through the website. Users will be informed of their rights and their express consent will be sought for the processing of their personal data.

6. Anti-Spam Policy

Against the practice of SPAM. Users can contact RIO REAL GOLF HOTEL S.L. to avoid receiving unauthorised SPAM by sending an e-mail to reservas@rioreal.com.

7. Availability and Use of Products

Promotional codes will be sent by email after purchase.
Codes can be used up to the specified number of times during the validity period.

The validity of the codes will be limited to the time zone and dates specified in the purchase.

8. Conditions of the Code

The codes are unique, personal and non-transferable.
They can only be redeemed on the official Rio Real booking website.

9. Reimbursement and Liability

Once purchased, products are non-refundable even if they are not fully consumed.

The club is not responsible for the inability to use the codes for reasons beyond the golf club’s control.

The Club reserves the right to close on certain days of the year without any total or partial refund of the amount paid.

Unless otherwise provided by law, the amount paid will not be refunded in whole or in part in the event that for any reason, foreseeable or otherwise, but in any case beyond the control of RIO REAL GOLF HOTEL S.L., the golf, hotel, catering and/or related activities or services cannot be provided in whole or in part.

The improper or incorrect use of the codes on the website www.rioreal.com will not be subject to refund or validation of the products purchased.

10. User Responsibility

Keep the codes under surveillance and do not share them with third parties.
