Legal terms and conditions Toptracer event
- Event Organisers: The Toptracer technology event is organised by Rio Real Golf Hotel S.L. with address Urb. Rio Real S/N.
- Acceptance of Legal Bases: Participation in the event implies full acceptance of these legal bases. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the legal bases, which will be communicated to the participants in due course.
- Participants: All persons who register in advance and comply with the requirements established by the Organiser may participate in the event.
- Registration: Registration for the event will be made through the process well described in the event’s web section. Registration will be considered valid once the participant receives confirmation from the Organiser.
- Protection: of Personal Data The personal data provided by participants will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of the Organiser, for the purpose of managing the event. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with current legislation on data protection.
- Liability: The Organiser shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from participation in the event, except for those that may be attributable to the wilful or negligent actions of the Organiser.
- Modifications and Cancellations: The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that justify it. In such a case, registrants will be informed through the appropriate channels.
- Acceptance of Rules and Codes of Conduct: All participants agree to respect the rules established by the Organiser, as well as the codes of conduct related to the use of Toptracer technology and behaviour on the golf course.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These legal bases are governed by the regulations in force in Spain. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or enforcement of these rules, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Malaga.
