The voucher is valid for one Green Fee at Rio Real Golf.
Validity of the voucher: 6 months from the date of issue.
The reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the game date.
The use of the voucher is subject to availability and possible restrictions on dates of high demand, tournaments or events organized by the Club.
The voucher includes only the services indicated in the document itself.
The voucher is unique, personal and non-transferable.
Its sale, transfer or use by persons other than the owner is not permitted.
The reservation must be made through the official Rio Real booking website, entering the provided promotional code.
The bonus cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to special packages (e.g., Stay & Play).
Once purchased, the voucher is non-refundable, even if it is not used.
Failure to appear on the reserved date (no-show) will result in the automatic consumption of the voucher, without the right to a refund or extension of validity.
Rio Real Golf reserves the right to exclude certain dates or close the course for maintenance, weather conditions or other operational reasons, without giving rise to any refund.
The Club is not responsible for the inability to use the voucher due to causes beyond the entity’s control.
Unless otherwise provided by law, the amount paid will not be subject to full or partial refund in the event of force majeure or causes beyond the control of RIO REAL GOLF HOTEL SL.
Improper or incorrect use of the code on the booking website will not entitle you to a refund or validation of departures.
The voucherholder must keep the code safe and not share it with third parties.
