All tee times shall be subject to course availability.

Bookings must be managed exclusively through the official website: www.rioreal.com → Golf Bookings.

The user must enter the promotional code received after purchasing the pack. Each code shall be valid for 1 Green Fee and only 1 code may be used per booking. Therefore, if the customer wishes to book for 2 players in the same time slot, 2 separate bookings must be made.

If the customer wishes to check availability for more than one player, once the booking has been made, they may contact Caddy Master, who will inform them of the options available at that time.

Bookings made by telephone or by email for the use of these packs will not be accepted.

The booking shall not be considered confirmed until the system has correctly validated the promotional code and the online booking process has been completed in full.
